PES Green Patch 2018 ini dibuat oleh Arrow yang sebelumnya juga membuat patch yang sama untuk seri Pro Evolution Soccer 2017. Nah di Green Patch 2018, Arrow juga sudah menambahkan berbagai macam mod diantarnya kits, icon, call name dan sebagainya yang bisa kalian lihat dibawah ini.
