Optional: 3rd kits fix (this allows to import stadium pics and managers for Serie A and Campeonato Scotiabank)

If you want the Stadium and manager pics for Serie A and Campeonato Scotiabank, you will need to have apply the 3rd kit fix and manually delete following imageS:
- managers of already imported Scotiabank exports
the 3rd kits images of: Gremio, Sao Paulo, Ascoli, Brescia, Cesena, Empoli, Ternana, Almeria, Cordoba, Huesca, Numancia, Lorca

If you want to keep the kits instead, you can import the Serie A and Scotiabank Update, but there will be at least no stadium images and maybe some managers missing.

If you want those stadium pics this seems to complicated, you can use the ALL IN ONE file V1.4, but again all images have to be deleted first and the edit data should be deleted (if you only used this compilation before, deleting the edit data might not be necessary, as the player database is not changed with this fix
